Before using any Dman4u services, please read carefully the following terms and conditions of services. By accessing, browsing and/or using Dman4u services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound, by all consents and disclosures set forth in this document, all of the following terms and conditions, including any future modification to this terms of service. Permission is hereby granted only to persons who are 18 years old, or older who desire to enter the site for their personal information or entertainment and who are not accessing this site from any country, state, province, or location where adult material is specifically prohibited by law. As a member you’ll have access to various services, where you will interact with other members, by IM, Member Profiles, Chat Rooms, Mail Box, among others. You must provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself when completing the registration form. We have the right to terminate, suspend or refuse to provide you with any future membership if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete.The profile must be about you. If you have a partner and wish to post a picture of him, you must post in your profile text that you are partnered or the picture will not be posted. All pictures must be approved by our staff before appearing on your profile. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue temporarily or permanent the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree the Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for such action.Our services are not available to anyone who is not at least 18 years of age. If you are not at least 18 years of age, you are not permitted to become a Member or use our services. The Company makes a good faith effort to prohibit registration as a Member by, and will not knowingly collect or store personal information from, those under the age of 18. You are liable and responsible for any unauthorized use of the Site until you notify Dman4u by email regarding that unauthorized use. Unauthorized access to the Site is illegal and a breach of this Agreement.USE RESTRICTIONMembers must not: • post, send, email, store, upload, or link to any material or content that is or may be offensive, illegal, unlawful or discriminate against any persons race, ethnicity, gender, disability, religion, beliefs, sexual orientation or any other preferences; • interfere with another's enjoyment of any of the sites; • impersonate any person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person; • use the sites for advertising goods or services without our written consent; • upload to any of the sites or do anything that breaches these terms and conditions; • copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer or assemble or otherwise abuse our rights in relation to any of our software; • attempt to access any area of any of the sites for which you are not authorized or access our system without our written consent; • do anything which materially affects (or may materially affect) the functionality of our systems of any of the sites. USER SUBMITIONS Dman4u Services allow the submission of content and materials (such as pictures, reviews, ratings, ideas, notes, concepts, or creative suggestions) by you and other Users ("User Submissions"), and the hosting, sharing and/or publishing of such User Submissions. You shall be solely responsible for your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and warrant that: (i) you own, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use, and authorize Dman4u to use, all intellectual property and any other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by Dman4u Services and this Agreement; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by Dman4u Services and this Agreement. For clarity, you shall retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions.You understand that when using Dman4u Services you will be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources, and that Dman4u is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Submissions. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Dman4u with respect thereto.Dman4u assumes no responsibility whatsoever in connection with or arising from User Submissions. Dman4u assumes no responsibility for actively monitoring User Submissions for inappropriate content. If at any time Dman4u chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor User Submissions, Dman4u nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the content of the User Submissions, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate User Submissions, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting User Submissions. Further, Dman4u does not endorse and has no control over the content of User Submissions submitted by other Users. Dman4u makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the content of User Submissions or the accuracy and reliability of any User Submissions. Nonetheless, Dman4u reserves the right to prevent you from submitting User Submissions and to edit, restrict or remove User Submissions for any reason at any time.User Submissions are jointly owned by the user who submitted them and Dman4u. No third party is permitted to use these User Submissions without the written consent of both the user and Dman4u.YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERSYou are solely responsible for interactions with other members. We reserve the right not obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.You understand and acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, direct or indirect damages of any kind whatsoever that may arise out of or relate to your use of the Service, including any personal meetings or encounters you may engage in that may arise out of or relate to your use ACTIONS WE MAY TAKE AT OUR SOLE DISCRETIONThe Company may take any or all of the following actions at our sole discretion:Remove any member profile (including photographs) or other material that, in our sole discretion may be inappropriate or we suspect to be illegal, subject us to liability or which may violate these Terms of Access and Use or where required to do so by law; Issue members with verbal or written warnings and may take such further action as we deem appropriate if such warnings are not heeded; Suspend or terminate a member's access to the members' area of the Site or a member's account without notice at any time; Inform the appropriate authorities and provide them with information regarding any suspected illegal activity; or bring legal action against a member or other user of the Site in relation to any breach of these Terms of Access and Use or any illegal or suspected illegal activity.
